I have been a Registered Nurse since 2010, I became a peer to peer support counselor after experiencing breastfeeding issues with my 2nd child and eventually went on to earn my IBCLC. I have experience working in a hospital setting with NICU and term infants. I was the project lead on the BFHI project at the hospital. I have a passion for staff and parent education. I specialize in helping breastfeeding parents struggling with oral restrictions. I focused my expertise on this area after dealing with oral ties with all of my children. I now successfully help parents and babies thrive pre and post release with holistic comprehensive assessment and lactation support.
