Tiffany Rangel, DMD

Dr. Tiffany Rangel is a board-certified pediatric dentist and the founder of Twice Pediatric Dentistry and Nashville Tongue Tie in Brentwood, TN. With a passion for children’s oral health that began early in her career, Dr. Tiffany has dedicated herself to providing compassionate, education-driven dental care for kids from infancy through adolescence.

Dr. Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the University of Florida, then completed her pediatric dentistry residency at NYU Langone Hospitals, where she served as Chief Resident. She is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, a Healthy Start Certified Provider, Toothpillow Provider and holds certifications in tethered oral tissues and tongue-tie care.

As a mom of three, Dr. Tiffany understands firsthand the challenges families face, especially when it comes to breastfeeding, tongue-ties, and airway concerns. Her personal experiences inspired her to expand her expertise to include specialized care through Nashville Tongue Tie, where she helps families navigate tongue-tie and lip-tie evaluation and treatment with education, support, and evidence-based care.  

Dr. Tiffany’s philosophy centers on simplifying dental care for families, empowering parents through education, prioritizing patience and individualized treatment, and creating a calm, fun, and welcoming environment for every child. Her belief that “education is where real care starts” guides every interaction, helping families make confident, informed decisions about their children’s oral health needs.
