Bryce Wilen, DDS

Dr. Bryce Wilen, DDS, is a dentist at Ivory Family Dentistry in Spearfish, South Dakota, where he practices within an oral-systemically focused, airway-centered model emphasizing root-cause identification and disease prevention.

He serves as a surgical provider for tethered oral tissues and works within a multidisciplinary care team that includes speech-language pathologists, orofacial myofunctional therapists, ENTs, orthodontists, physical and occupational therapists, lactation consultants, chiropractors, body workers, and other healthcare professionals to support sustainable, function-driven outcomes. Dr. Bryce follows a therapy-first philosophy, recommending surgical release only when anatomical limitations restrict long-term progress.

Dr. Bryce earned his DDS with Distinction from the University of Minnesota and his B.S. in Biochemistry, Magna Cum Laude, from South Dakota State University. He is a Kois Center graduate and has completed over 1,000 hours of advanced continuing education.
