About

Dr. Regine Herbosa-Roco is an Orthodontist and Pediatric Dentist with a special clinical focus on airway health, growth and development, and tongue tie management. She takes a comprehensive, function-based approach—assessing feeding, breathing, oral function, and craniofacial growth rather than treating oral restrictions in isolation.
Her clinical work integrates pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and airway-centered evaluation to support optimal development from infancy through childhood. Dr. Herbosa-Roco is committed to evidence-based care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and parent education, helping families understand how early oral function can influence long-term health.
She is a former faculty member at the University of the East–Manila and is currently in clinical practice at Herbosa Dental Clinic, where her work is focused on providing thoughtful, ethical, and individualized care grounded in orthodontic principles, functional assessment, and airway health for every child and family.
