Elena Rumack, DDS

Dr. Elena Rumack is a pediatric dentist and airway health advocate, and founder of The B.E.S.T. Care Collective. She helps families recognize how restless sleep, picky eating, breastfeeding challenges, and behavior changes may signal airway concerns. Through a compassionate, multidisciplinary approach integrating dentistry, feeding, sleep, speech, and myofunctional therapy, she partners with parents to support the whole child—fostering healthier breathing, deeper sleep, and lasting growth.
